Driving towards the Africa Eco Race 2027

The project in a few words

I’m preparing to participate in the 2027 edition of the Africa Eco Race. It’s an international rally-raid spanning over 6,000 kilometers between Monaco and Dakar, crossing Morocco, Mauritania, and Senegal. This demanding format is in keeping with the tradition of the original Dakar Rally and tests participants’ navigation skills, physical endurance, and strategy. The race is distinguished by its commitment to the environment and the community initiatives carried out throughout the course.

This challenge represents much more than a competition; it’s the culmination of a passion for motorcycling, navigation, and pushing oneself to the limit. My goal is to cross the finish line embodying the values of perseverance, commitment, and sharing.

Objective

Participate in the Africa Eco Race 2027 on a motorcycle with the assistance of TCS Motos

Format

Rally raid competition in autonomy with roadbook navigation, over 12 days and several thousand kilometers between Monaco and Dakar.

Pourquoi ce projet ?

To compete in one of the last great African rallies, following in the footsteps of the original Dakar, and to progress in the field of rally raid.

😍 The roadmap

A step-by-step preparation

Taking on the Africa Eco Race doesn’t happen overnight.
It’s a project I’m building over time, progressing each season on key points: technique, navigation, endurance, logistics, etc.
The idea is to leave nothing to chance and to progress methodically, without skipping any steps.

Here’s how I’m plotting the course to 2027 👇

2025 - Strengthening technical and logistical bases
A full year of physical preparation for endurance efforts combined with mental preparation will lay a solid foundation. Training in Morocco in February and November will allow us to validate the technical choices made on the bike (additional fuel tank, suspension, ergonomics). Participation in rallies in Europe (Bosnia Rally, Dinaric Rally) will complement the specific training for rally navigation and promote the project by creating content with partners.
2026 - Full-scale validation
Participation in the Carta Rally, which will take place in Morocco in March, will allow the final technical and logistical details to be finalized. A second rally or training session in Morocco at the end of the year will complete the training.
2027 - Departure for the Africa Eco Race
At the end of January, the race begins in Monaco. Once the wheels are set on the African continent, the race begins!
