Article 1 - Organiser

The organiser of the motorbike raids and tours is represented by Sébastien VRY, registered with StageMoto, Siret number: 98164953600019, Phone number: +33684567839

Article 2 - Prices

The applied prices of the raids and tours are firm and definitive. They are in euros and correspond to a fixed price per person. They do not include the cost of obtaining a passport and/or visa, deposits required for the hire of motorbikes and other equipment, meals and drinks, or “extras” such as minibars, telephone calls, tips and gratuities and other personal expenses. In a general way, they include only the services such as stated on the Internet site of StageMoto.fr.

No dispute concerning the price can be taken into account from the confirmation of the reservation.

Article 3 - Booking, registration, deposit and payment

Your registration is definitive upon receipt of the registration form. Registration for one of the Raids or Tours presented on our website implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale.

The balance of the Raid or Tours must be paid no later than 30 days before the departure date. Any customer who has not paid the balance by the agreed date will be deemed to have cancelled the tour without being able to take advantage of this cancellation. For registrations made less than 30 days before the departure date, full payment is required at the time of registration.

Article 4 - Payment methods

Payments can be made by cheque, cash, bank transfer or credit card via the website. Credit card payments are not accepted on site.

Article 5 - Mediation

The company StageMoto.fr adheres to the FNAE (National Federation of the Autoentrepreneurs and Micro contractors) and with its service of mediation of consumption. Coordinates: 4 rue de la Mare 78125 Orcemont – tel: 0825 59 02 28. This consumer mediation service guarantees the Customer the possibility of calling on a consumer mediator free of charge in the event of a dispute. The aim is to resolve the dispute amicably.

Article 6 - Cancellation or postponement by the customer for RAIDs (Metropolitan France and abroad)

Any request for cancellation, postponement or modification on the part of the customer must be made by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The date of receipt of this request will be the date used for calculating the costs referred to below. Any cancellation, postponement or modification for whatever reason (health, medical, personal, etc.) by the customer will incur the following cancellation charges:

More than 180 days before departure: €150 per person.
– 90 to 180 days before departure: 10% of the cost of the trip.
– 60 to 89 days before departure: 25% of the package.
– 30 to 60 days before departure: 50% of the package.
– 15 to 29 days before departure: 75% of the package.
– Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the cost of the trip.

If you cancel a trip but find a crew to replace you without any reduction in your package, you will of course receive your full package.

During the Raid, if the customer is unable to continue for any reason whatsoever, no refund will be made.

If the customer does not show up at the departure time and place mentioned in the information e-mail, or if the customer is unable to take part in the Raid (due to a lack of compliance or presentation of the necessary documents), the Raid will not be reimbursed under any circumstances and the above-mentioned cancellation fees will be payable by the customer.

Article 7 - Cancellation or postponement by the customer for tours

All the requests for cancellations or postponements must be written and sent by e-mail to the following address: [email protected]

As of reception of the request for cancellation, StageMoto.fr will confirm the aforementioned cancellation or postponement in the 7 working days. As long as the customer did not receive this confirmation, the initial reservation remains valid.

Any cancellation, postponement or modification emanating from the customer, involves the collection of the following expenses of cancellation:

– More than 60 days before the date of the tour: €10.

– 30 to 59 days before the date of the tour: €25.

– 15 to 29 days before the date of the tour: 50€.

– Less than 15 days before the date of the tour: 100% of the value of the tour.

If the customer is unable to continue the tour for any reason during the tour, no refund will be made.

If the customer does not show up at the time and place mentioned in the information e-mail, or if the customer is unable to take part in the tour (due to a lack of conformity or presentation of the necessary documents), the tour will not be reimbursed under any circumstances and the above cancellation fees will be payable.

Article 8 - Modification or transfer by the customer

With regard to the Raid, any modification made after the customer has registered before departure, subject to feasibility, will entail, in addition to the financial consequences of the said modification, the invoicing of a fixed sum of 75 Euros per person. The customer may transfer his Raid, before departure, to an individual who meets all the conditions required for the Raid and who has accepted the general terms and conditions of sale. All the expenses engendered by this transfer will be re-invoiced by StageMoto.fr.

Article 9 - Right to modify the raids and tours

In the event of external factors (strikes/conflicts/port or airport closures, ferry cancellations, flights) which may lead to last-minute changes to the start and finish dates of the Raids and Tours, exceptional modifications will be made by Sébastien Vry in order to complete the Raid or Tours. Under no circumstances will these changes give rise to compensation or reimbursement.

Article 10 - Cancellation by StageMoto.fr

Sébastien Vry reserves the right to cancel a Raid at the latest 30 days before the departure and 3 days for Tours. This cancellation could in particular and in a nonrestrictive way, intervene in the following cases:

– If the minimum number of participants required is not reached.

– If the safety conditions are not met.
– Due to the occurrence of a cause beyond one’s control – e.g. a natural event (storm, landslide, thunderstorm, flood, weather, etc.) or the failure of a third party to provide the services provided for and essential to the Raid or Tour (assistance, accommodation, transport).

In this case, Sébastien Vry will, as far as possible, offer to postpone the registration to a different date and for an equivalent Raid or Tour. In the event that the customer cannot accept, a full refund of the sums paid will be made.

Article 11 - Other specific conditions

The photos, maps and illustrations contained on the website are not contractually binding. Itineraries are given for information only.
Participation in the Raid and Tours implies authorisation to publish your image and that of your family and vehicle, without compensation or possible recourse. Any refusal must be notified in writing before departure.

If a GPS track is provided for the Raid or Tour, the participant undertakes to follow the itinerary. If the participant deliberately does not follow the route, the organiser reserves the right to refuse assistance. Furthermore, Sébastien Vry and his service providers will not be held responsible if the participant is unable to continue with the Raid or Tour. The participant will not be entitled to any reimbursement for unused services and any additional costs (breakdown service, accommodation, catering) will be at the participant’s expense. For safety reasons, the GPS track may be modified up until the morning of the start of the stage. The customer undertakes to make sure of any potential modifications during the briefings.

Article 12 - Insurances

StageMoto.fr is titular of an insurance professional civil liability, for an obligation of means, under the normal conditions of circulation. The vehicle of the guide is insured in civil liability. StageMoto.fr declines any responsibility in the event of loss, flight or deterioration of the personal goods of the participants.
